Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of Level Breathing Strips and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery, provided the package remains unopened, unused, and in its original condition. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer support team with your order details and request authorization. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we are not liable for lost or damaged returns during transit. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Level reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
